URGENT! STOLEN GOLDEN RETRIEVER IN ST. CATHARINES - NEEDS DAILY MEDICATION

JAKE IS AN APPROXIMATELY 1 YEAR OLD MALE, HE WAS DUE TO BE NEUTERED THIS WEEK. JAKE DID HAVE A COLLAR WITH A GOLDEN RESCUE TAG ON IT BUT SOMEONE HAS TAKEN IT OFF, RECLASPED IT AND PUT IT IN THE FOSTER HOME'S MAILBOX AND RAISED THE FLAG ON THE MAILBOX!!!!
HE WAS STOLEN FROM THE BACKYARD ON PRINCE STREET IN ST CATHARINES ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 10TH AT 1:30 PM.

Tank is a 4 year old single breed, male neutered rottweiler. He is black and tan with a cropped tail, last seen July 22 wearing a silver choke collar. Tank literally disappeared from the Kingston Rd/Galloway area of Scarborough ON. We are so worried and desperately want him back home. Behaviour: This is a rescue dog that was adopted from the pound. He is a very timid.  Will be terrified of strangers. Might shake if found by someone. Quiet, and very gentle dog.

Lost Dog - Kilo (St. Clair/O'Connor)

Earlier this week we had an unfortunate incident occur when a foster dog ran away from his temporary home. That pooch is Kilo, a black and tan-coloured mastiff mix, weighing approximately 30 kg (pictured). He was lost in the St. Clair and O'Connor area in Toronto.

Three-year-old Kilo was surrendered to us in early March with a broken leg which has been healing well. He also suffers from a torn shoulder, which is why he was put in foster care.

Kilo's foster parents as well as staff and concerned Toronto Humane Society supporters are now on the search for him but we need your help.

Here are some ways you can assist:
� If you see Kilo, please contact us and let us know where you spotted him. (Do not attempt to restrain the dog yourself).
� Spread the word to your friends and family and ask them to be on the lookout for Kilo or if they think they've spotted him.
� If you or someone you know will be out and about this weekend print out a photo of Kilo and ask people in park or other common dog walking areas if they've seen him.
� Go virtual with this message and again share Kilo's details with your friends and family and ask them to help with the search.

Preventative measures
If you are a dog owner yourself, the Toronto Humane Society would like to take this opportunity to remind you of tips that can help prevent your animal companion from running away from home.

These include making sure your yard is escape-proof; if any spaces need to be fixed, don't delay. Train your dog to respect your commands; no dog should be allowed to bolt out a door, even to a fenced area. Teach him to sit while the door is being opened, and to not go out until you give him a release. Your dog should also wear a visible tag at all times with your contact information on it.

He is approx 20lb miniature poodle cross, white with buff ears. His name is Harrison and he does not have any teeth left. He is extremely timid as he is a rescue and bolted from the door. He was last seen running into the townhouse complex at Mary St & Taunton Rd North in Oshawa. He is neutured and is wearing a burberry type of collar with rabies tag and microchip tag. thank you.

Lost Dog (Victoria Park/Lawrence)

I'm looking for a large, black brindle dog. My sister and I saw it all alone, no tags, we tried to get it but it was fearful of us. We chased it for about 20 mintues before we lost sight. We searched for another half hour before we had to give up. This is not my dog. I don't know the dog's age, sex, or name. But I am very worried for it's safety. It is not afraid to go onto the street, but seems to understand not to run directly in front of cars. It appears to be a Mastiff mix, with maybe a hound. It is around 60-100 pounds, I'm not sure because I couldn't get too close. I do not have a picture of the dog, but I will attach a picture of a dog that looks similar. Lost Puggle (Westminster Cemetary)

Lost our family dog last night, Monday, May 9th around 7pm near the Westminster Cemetery, Crematorium and Mausoleum. He is a brown puggle (mix of pug vs. beagle) and has a blue collar with a green rabies tag. He is approximately 20 lbs, 6 months old, and features characteristics of a small boxer. We saw that he was hit by a vehicle and suffered head injuries before he ran away. He has not been neutered.

He was last seen near the Mausoleum heading west around 8:30pm.

Yesterday 3/26 at 6:30 we lost Rocky, a 3 year old Lhasa Apso wearing his green collar We chased him for 2 hours until we lost sight of him. The chase started at Lakeshore in Etobicoke, ran towards along the train tracks… ended at Grand Avenue and Portland… then we lost sight. We looked for him for 3 hours.

We put flyers on posts last night hoping someone took him in and then see the flyer and contact us.

He is tri color: white beige and brown and has a white Mohawk. Recently groomed. About 20lbs.

If anyone has any information, please contact me. A reward for finding him will be given.

Lost Dog - Tarzan (Pickering Beach/Emperor)

black, curly hair, very small, wearint tags, one that has a green and red circle that has "T" on it and the other has a phone number you can call from willow dale hospital, he has been neutered, very lovable and sweet. he has a white spot going down his chin and chest. he is 6 lbs . Tarzan is almost 6 years old... i really dont know if he will make it our side with all the snow we are suppose to be getting tonight... please help!

Lost Black Miniature Schnauzer - Wailea (Sunnybrook Park) - UPDATED - BACK AT HOME!

Most of you probably know Wailea, a black mini schnauzer, belonging to Rebecca and Nick.  She was lost today. 

Wailea is wearing all of her tags, but we are all very concerned for her safety.   We would all really appreciate it if you all kept your eyes out for her and spread the word. If you are able to go by the Sunnybrook Park, that would be much appreciated as well.
