My cat went missing from Thorncroft Crest in Ajax since Tuesday October 26/10

he is a small orange tabby with white rings on the end of his tail.

Lost Cat - Dorian (Avenue/Wilson)

Lost Cat Dorian:  October 26th.  We were in the process of moving into a new apartment. My husband and a friend of his were almost finished loading our things for the trip to the new place, leaving the cats til last. He was able to put our two cats, Ajax and Dorian, into a pet carrier loaned to me by a colleague. As he walked to the vehicle, the bottom of the carrier fell away and our two cats fell out and scurried away. My husband was able to find and retrieve Ajax. Dorian, on the other hand, is still missing.  He is a large-framed (not fat), unneutered all-grey male cat with a very small amount of white fur on his chest. He has a very high-pitched meow. He is timid, nervous and anxious, and does not like to have human contact unless it is with his family (i.e. my husband and myself). We are missing him like crazy and are out of our minds with worry. His brother Ajax has spent the past few days aimlessly & continuously wandering around our new apartment, meowing; he's clearly looking for his brother and hasn't been eating or drinking much. At the time of the accident, we were living on Carmichael Avenue, intersection of Avenue Road and Wilson Avenue. Dorian is approximately 15 months old and has always been an indoor cat. He has a habit of hissing at unfamiliar people and will run away without much provocation. Lost Dogs - Holly & King (Brampton)

Holly and King escaped from their backyard along with their canine "brother" at approximately 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 27, 2010.  Their brother followed a boy home from school and Brampton Animal Services was called.  When B.A.S. came to pick up the dog, it was reported that a man was seen coaxing King into a truck with him and saying that it was his friend's dog.  This is the only reported sighting of King since his escape from the backyard.  There have been no reported sightings of Holly.  They went missing from the Vodden / Archdekin area of Brampton.  If anyone has any information, please contact Brampton Animal Services as listed on the poster or email 1987firefly@gmail.com.  Thank you.

Found Cat (Grand Valley)

Lost Dog - Duvel (Orangeville/Brampton)

Lost dog "Duvel" - went missing from Orangeville on Monday and believe he is heading south along Mississauga road towards Brampton, Oakville, Burlington trying to make his way home (he was spotted going that direction on Tuesday). He is micro chipped (but does not have his tags on at the moment), neutered male between a year and a half and 2 years old. Rottweiler German Shepherd cross. 905 484 1633 is my cell. Found Cockatiel (McCaul/Queen)

I would like to post the below entry, unfortunately the bird is no longer in my care as it was injured (I witnessed the bird fly into a window) and I did not have the knowledge to care for it.
However if someone is looking for their bird I want them to know he/she was found and where it was sent to be cared for.

On October 22, 2010 at around 6:30pm in the Grange Village walkway (behind all the condos, tenant only accessible) I noticed the cockatiel flying spiratically and unfortunately fly into a window.
I managed to contact the 24 hour injured animal rescue hotline and was advised to try and get the bird, place him/her into a box and call them back once I have done so since the bird could not survive our cold, night climate. Once I had caught the cockatiel I noticed right away it had injured it's leg and possibly a wing. I called the hotline again and they promptly sent someone out to pick up the bird. I am unaware of the birds gender but it was yellow and grey, about 9" in length. The bird is no longer in my care and the number I called to pick him/her up was 416-338-7297

I really hope this helps the owners locate their bird! The major Toronto intersection/area the bird was found in is McCaul Street and Queen Street.

Lost Cat - Fluffy (Bloor/Spadina)

Fluffy is an adult (senior) male cat, neutered. He has long, mostly white fur with dark grey markings on top of head and sides of body. His tail is very long and fluffy and ALL grey. He is a very friendly cat. 

Lost in Annex (Bloor & Spadina area). Last seen Monday October 18th at 1:00 am on Walmer Road between Bloor & Lowther, but he may wander in any direction.

He was wearing a green nylon collar with two tags, green plastic ID tag (Fluffy, 416-966-4490) and a rabies vaccination tag (Bathurst/Dupont Animal Hospital 416-588-3056). Fluffy has kidney disease (CRF). Needs meds and lots of water. So it is urgent that he be found as soon as possible!

Lost Dog - Tiko (Simcoe)

My friend's dog Tiko went missing from his home at Victoria Rd and Donley (east end of Simcoe, Ontario.) He is white with brown markings, is neutered male, 3 years old, microchipped. He doesn't have his collar on. He has been spotted a number of times within a 1-1/2 mile radius, mostly to the east of their home which is the direction he was last seen heading. Please help.

Lost Yorkie (Oshawa)

Small female, black/tan. Has floppy right ear; left ear stands straight up. Missing for approximately 3 weeks in Antigua Cres./Bermuda Ave. Has been seen in both areas. Saw with male/female couple older with silver hair.
Greatly missed by family. If you have her or seen her, please call or bring her home. Lots of flyers put up in neighbourhood and mailboxes.

Found Cat - Being Looked After In Bloor/Dufferin Area

Hi there,

 

Thanks for the recent follow on twitter. What a great way to use twitter. About 2 months ago now,  i noticed a male cat around my neighbourhood, no collar. The very tip of his tail is missing, the poor little fellow got stuck somewhere. He is a long, slim male. Found at Bloor/Dufferin area. I have been feeding him and with some love he is looking a lot better.

Lost Cat - Little Dude (Bloor/Dufferin) - UPDATED - BACK AT HOME!

Little Dude (or LD) is about 8 years old and she is pretty big (about 14 lbs).  She is a calico with tabby markings and a white underside.  The top of her head is half orange and half black, her face and tail are tabby, and the tip of her tail is white.

 

LD has been missing since Saturday evening (October 9th) and was last seen in the Bloor and Dufferin area. If you see her, please call 416-516-8359.  Thank you.

I have lost my beautiful 4 year old Short hair domistic tabby. he is tall, and a little over weight. he is very friendly, and will roll on the ground when meeting new poeple. he has black strips, white /grey coat. on the left side of his nose there is a grey little spot. he has green eyes. He was wearing his tag, but before he went missing, he lost his tag(or someone took it off) He is micro-chipped. Found Cat (Kingsway/Queensway area)

Hi,

I've found a female siamese cat in the Kingsway/Queensway area, between High Park and the Humber River. My neighbours say she's been living in the garbage dump for about three weeks now. My roommate started leaving her food outside the door and she started living in the bushes outside our house. When it was brought to my attention I brought her inside and she is now residing in the basement. We will bring her in to a vet today to see if she is microchipped. She has a very friendly demeanor which leads me to believe that she is not a stray. I've attached a picture of her here.
