Found Cat (Eglinton/Dufferin)

A grey and white cat has recently had a litter of kittens and is living in my neighbours' yard in the Eglinton/Dufferin area. The mom appears to be at least part Scottish Fold. I have been feeding the mom and kittens, as they all seem ravenous, but I have been unable to coax them into a pet carrier. The mom is actually quite hostile when I approach, although she gobbles up whatever food I toss her way. I have not yet had a chance to photograph her. Spotted Small White Dog

Yesterday at around 2:00 p.m. we were driving west on Dundas at Greenwood and spotted a small white dog terrified and darting through traffic at high speeds.  We were horrified so we stopped to give chase (me on foot and my husband in the car).  The dog ran up Greenwood went east on Gerrard St. and then south on a side street to Queen St. E. At that point we lost track of the poor thing.  I can only hope he managed to avoid the cars and someone caught him (or her) and either returned him (or her) home or called Animal Services (338-PAWS) .  I called Animal Services after giving chase at about 3:00 yesterday afternoon and they said they would send out an officer as soon as they finished dealing with a dog locked in a car.  I do not know if there was a happy ending to this story, but if the owner reads this then perhaps they can locate their dog, or if anyone found him, they can find the owner.

Lost Dog - Gonzo (King Rd/Weston)

Missing: "Gonzo" (Brown) Toy Poodle. He's been missing since Friday(18th) evening, he escaped with our two other dogs which have now been found, however, he's still out there on his own. He is about 8-9 lbs, ten years old (but lots of life still left in him). Please help us get him home. We are very concerned for his safety. He was not wearing his collar when he got out. Lost Cat - Squeak (Bloor/Jane)

We've lost our 5 year old solid black cat named Squeak in the Bloor/Jane
area.

She has a neurological disorder that makes her walk somewhat funny.

She should be wearing a collar with her name and our phone # stamped

Lost Dog - (Claremont)

Missing since May 25 in the CLAREMONT AREA - RED MERLE - AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD

My friend's dog was being looked after in the Claremont area whilst she is moving house, and he bolted out of the door on Friday 28 May.

He is a big red merle Australian Shepherd with blue eyes. He is very shy of people, and won’t come to a stranger. He will spook and run if approached.

His foster family have put up flyers and notified everyone they can think of, but they're fairly sure he will not get picked up or taken in by someone as he is so wary of people. They believe he is still in the area, as he has a very distinctive bark, and they think they heard him last night.
